We process orders within 24-72 hours. Packages typically arrive within 9-16 days for Mid-End Fashion products and between 6 to 12 days for the Designer Brands. If you need to make a return, our dedicated support team is ready to assist you promptly.

We currently only ship to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia for the Designers Brands and only the UAE for the Mid-End Clothing Fashion products.

We ship from USA, Europe and Sweden.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not exchange products, however, you can always return them and order a new product.

Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method.

Rest assured, if your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
